Experience and Qualifications
The movement therapies practiced by Rich Yost are based on the
teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais, an innovative and well-respected
educator in the field. His method addresses the human being as
a whole by using the body's pathways to improve posture and
other body patterns.
In addition, Rich also has varied and extensive experience receiving Trager,
training in Breema, and Thai massage, among others,
all of which have influenced the synthesis of his own unique therapeutic modality.
